Payments

- Payment by credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Postepay.

- Cash on delivery (cash on delivery):

Cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery), available only in Italy, has an additional cost of €5.00 on top of the order total and cannot be used for amounts exceeding €5,000. At the time of delivery, you must have the exact order amount available in cash, as indicated in the shipping confirmation email; the courier does not accept checks and cannot give change. Important : To obtain a refund, you must have a bank or postal account.

We accept all cards with the Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Postepay logo and Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards.

Once the order is confirmed, the amount is authorized on your card and will only be charged upon shipment.

After confirming your order details, you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the log-in page before completing your order. Your PayPal account will be charged as soon as you complete your order.

The entire payment process takes place via a secure connection to the banking institution that owns and manages the online payment. Payment details are encrypted using SSL protocol, which guarantees the protection of the transmitted data from decryption and/or tampering. You can also rely on VeriSign and ATW certificates.

To protect your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter the CCV code. Rest assured, we only use secure connections, as evidenced by the padlock symbol that appears in your browser and the "https" prefix in the address bar.

To prevent online fraud, QB24 may contact the Customer for further payment details before the order is confirmed. QB24 does not receive the credit card details and is therefore unable to store or retain them.

For greater security, all orders placed by credit or debit card must be approved by Rinascimento Outlet.

All products displayed online already include VAT.

Purchases from the Rinascimento Outlet Online Shop are reserved for end consumers. Therefore, companies are not permitted to purchase.

Our invoicing system is fully automated, so it is not possible to modify the billing information entered when ordering or issue a new document later.

For Italy only, you will be asked to enter your tax code during registration.

The invoice document will be sent by email when the order is shipped.
