Follow these steps to return an item in-store. You can read the return policies on this page.
Our sales staff will carry out all necessary checks to ensure the procedure and conditions have been met. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive a refund for your order within 14 business days.
To begin the return process, please fill out the required information.
Select all the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return. Please note that you can only request one free return per courier order.

Please indicate the address where the courier will collect the goods.
You can later change the time and date directly with the courier.
Please check that the information you entered is correct before confirming the return.
Shipping and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the price paid for the product, less any applicable discounts or promotions.
You will be refunded to the payment method you used to purchase.
You will shortly receive a return request confirmation email with the label attached to attach to the package.
Take the package to the delivery point closest to you, indicated on the courier's website.
The return will be processed within 5 working days of delivery of the package.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
It will be processed according to the timeframe established by your bank. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 15 business days of the return being processed.
