Follow these steps to return an item in-store. You can read the return policies on this page.
1 - Prepare the articles
- Make sure the items you are returning have the tags attached and have not been damaged or spoiled.
- Bring any accessories (belt, dust bag, etc.) with you.
3 - Refund
Our sales staff will carry out all necessary checks to ensure the procedure and conditions have been met. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive a refund for your order within 14 business days.

Shipping and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the price paid for the product, less any applicable discounts or promotions.

Sarà contabilizzato in base alle tempistiche stabilite dal tuo istituto di credito. Se hai pagato con contrassegno, il rimborso avverrà tramite bonifico entro 15 giorni lavorativi dall’elaborazione del reso.
