HOME DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Orders placed through the Rinascimento Outlet Online Shop will be processed, prepared, and delivered to the courier within 3 business days of receiving the order confirmation email. However, during sales and holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be longer.
Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery during the sales period and on public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
Delivery to Italy will take place approximately 1-3 working days after shipment from our warehouse in Cremona (for the islands, delivery will take 3-4 working days).
- Free for orders over €79 of purchased goods.
- €7 for orders with amounts less than €79 of purchased goods.
The courier used is Poste Italiane

ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to track your shipment in real time on the POSTE ITALIANE website for Italy and San Marino.
You can always contact Customer Service if your tracking number is untraceable.
For online orders, you can choose the most convenient shipping address: home, office, or another address. Please note that a PO Box (Post Office Box) cannot be selected as the shipping address.
Our courier delivers Monday through Friday during office hours. Two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is unable to find anyone at the shipping address, a notification will be left with the address of the nearest branch where you can collect your order. The package will be available for collection for 7 days (excluding Sundays). After this period, the package will be automatically returned to the sender.
If the package appears opened or tampered with upon delivery, you must refuse the shipment or sign with reservations. Failure to follow this procedure will result in Rinascimento Outlet not being responsible for any disputes and/or claims for compensation.
