Returns and Refunds

The Rinascimento Outlet Online Shop aims to ensure its customers' maximum satisfaction during their shopping experience. If, for any reason, the customer is dissatisfied with their order or the delivered products do not meet their expectations, they may return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the customer and not by the recipient of any gift.
Multiple returns cannot be made for the same order. Size, color, or item exchanges are not possible.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Returns are always free, except in cases where the customer decides to send the return at his own expense with a courier chosen independently and not the one agreed with QB24.

RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES WITH DELIVERY TO A COLLECTION POINT

For orders with delivery to a collection point, it is possible to return the item with home collection: - if you wish to return the item with home collection, you must submit a return request online by following the steps indicated in the paragraph below (HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE).

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

Important: Remember to request a return only after you have collected your order and are in possession of the goods. By requesting a return, a courier pickup is automatically scheduled.
1. Order placed with account
To submit a return request, log in to your account and go to "My Orders." Click "Return" for the order you wish to return.
Then select the items you wish to return by checking the box. Important: Please include all the items you wish to return in a single request, along with the reason for the return. Make sure you have entered all items before proceeding with the confirmation. If paying for your order by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN code and the name of the account holder to which you wish to receive the refund.
Items must arrive with a tag indicating the barcode and any materials that are part of the packaging.
Returns can only be shipped from the country where the order was placed. Please note that returns with "freight collect" paid by QB24 are not accepted.
Only items returned according to the instructions will be refunded. If the return does not meet the conditions listed below, the package will be returned to the sender.
2. Order placed as a guest (without an account)
If you placed the order as a guest, log in here and enter your order number and email address. Include all the items you wish to return in a single request, along with the reason for the return. Make sure you've entered all items before confirming. If you paid for your order by cash on delivery, enter your IBAN code and the name of the account holder you wish to receive the refund to.

IMPORTANT : The return request is instant, so please submit it only after verifying that you are available for the courier to collect the return package within the next 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). You will receive an email from the courier confirming the pickup date and time. If you fail to collect the package, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
You don't have to worry about attaching any labels to the package!

HEADS

Items must be returned with their barcode tags and in their original packaging. Please note that, pursuant to Article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Therefore, damaged and/or deteriorated items will not be returned. All accessories, such as certificates of authenticity, dust bags, and tags, must be included in the return package. Please report any items received without packaging accessories by clicking here .

SHOES

All shoes must be worn on a carpet before you decide to keep them, to avoid damaging the soles. Shoes must be returned clean, without any marks, and in their original, intact box, as they are an integral part of the shoe itself. Shoes returned with marks, without the box, or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The box is an integral part of the product and must be returned intact. Damaged boxes will not be accepted, nor will returned merchandise.

ACCESSORIES

Accessories such as belts, pins, and charms must be included in the return. Please report the issue by clicking here. if one of the items received does not have the accessories purchased with the item.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you receive a defective or damaged item or if the item has manufacturing defects, you must report this immediately by clicking here .
Items damaged due to wear and tear will not be considered defective.
No size or color substitutions are made.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer making the return must place the goods in their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, they can use a box of the same size and resistance, and seal it carefully with tape.
Rinascimento Outlet reserves the right to refuse to accept items from the same order returned and shipped at different times. Returned items must be sent in a single shipment.
The Customer may choose a courier other than the reference one and send the goods to our warehouse in Cremona, subject to authorization from Customer Service:

Please note that return shipments using a different courier than the one specified must be paid for directly by the customer. It is also necessary to notify Rinascimento Outlet Customer Service by clicking here , indicating the order number, the items to be returned, the quantities, and the reason for the return. We also recommend choosing a trackable shipping method, as Rinascimento is not responsible for any theft or loss.

REFUNDS

After receiving the return, our warehouse will carry out all necessary checks to ensure that the procedure and conditions have been met. The customer will then receive an email confirming acceptance and refund. Our bank will credit the full amount of the returned goods (excluding shipping costs, if applicable) to your credit card or PayPal account within 14 (fourteen) business days of the package arriving at our warehouse. In the case of a gift, if the order was paid for by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the original transaction and therefore to the payment provider's account. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund to a different account.
Credit card : Our bank will process the refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary and depend on the card issuer.
Paypal : the refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods to the Customer's personal account.
Cash on delivery : the bank will refund the amount within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods to the bank account of the Customer who made the payment.
Klarna (payment in installments) : The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods in the Customer's personal account. In the event of a partial return, the missing installments will be automatically recalculated.
Rinascimento Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the set period or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
