Order processing may take up to 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) from the date of receipt of the order confirmation email. However, during sales and holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be longer.
Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery during the sales period and on public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
You can collect your package at a "Punto Poste" collection point within 5 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking link to track your order. Once your package arrives at the collection point you selected, you will receive an email from the courier. You can collect your package at the selected post office within 7 days of receiving the email from the courier. After 7 days, the package will be automatically returned to the sender.
The Punto Poste network is made up of collection points and commercial activities that offer parcel collection and delivery services (15,500 tobacconists, bars, stationery shops, newsstands and KiPoint stores).
- Free for orders over €79 of purchased goods.
- €5 for orders with amounts less than €79 of purchased goods.
The service is only available for deliveries within Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione D'Italia).
Please note : once your order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change or request changes to the address of your chosen "Punto Poste" collection point.
